The Research On Safety Inspection Of Existing Buildings In Dapeng New District Of Shenzhen

First,houses built in the 1980 s have been in use for more than 30 years.Due to the deterioration of concrete performance and the lack of maintenance,the safety factor of houses has been declining;Second,due to the lack of strict supervision of the construction of many new houses,houses with low quality and even the "tofu slag" projects appear;Third,in the process of building or renovating houses,individual owners or households,in pursuit of large space with demolishing the load-bearing walls,seriously threaten the safety of houses.At present,the problem of housing safety in our country can not be underestimated,the work of house safety and house inspection is of great practical significance.This paper takes Dapeng New District of Shenzhen City as the research object and carries on the investigation and related research on the safety of existing houses.Firstly,the paper summarizes the literature of home safety at home and abroad,and then summarizes the practice of home safety investigation and monitoring at home and abroad.Secondly,using the methods of statistical analysis and quantitative research,this paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of housing safety in dapeng new district of Shenzhen,and finds out the main factors affecting housing safety in dapeng new district.Finally,put forward some suggestions to solve the problems of housing safety.(1)In the respect of owners,the management of owners needs to be standardized and actively cooperate with the work of the relevant governments.For vacant homes,owners are required to carry out regular maintenance of their houses;The renovation of the house requires professional design.(2)With regard to housing appraisal institutions,housing appraisal institutions should raise risk awareness,improve the technical level of employees,innovate technology,and improve the efficiency of inspection.(3)For the relevant government departments,the relevant departments should improve the housing safety system and strictly implement the housing security inspection system.(4)From the perspective of national security management,we should actively open up the housing safety appraisal market,improve the housing safety appraisal system as soon as possible.
