With the increasing demand for coal resources in China,the research and development of mine efficient mining technology is imminent.The standardized management of mining processes has become one of the most important problems for enterprises.The boom-type roadheader is a mechanized excavation equipment for the coal mining technology with comprehensive mechanization of mine roadway.It has the advantages of high tunneling efficiency,low labor intensity and high speed,which has become an indispensable equipment in the coal mining technology.As a core part of the boom-type roadheader,the cutting head plays a decisive role in the performance of the whole machine.Its working stability directly affects the driving efficiency of the roadheader.Its performance is closely related to cutting load,rock breaking efficiency and energy consumption ratio.This paper takes the cutting head of the boom-type roadheader as the main research object,aiming at studying the influence of different motion parameters on cutting load and moment under various working conditions,and drawing relevant conclusions to guide the actual tunneling operation.The main body of the paper is divided into four parts with the first chapter describing the development trend of the boom-type roadheader and the existing problems in the actual working process,and clarifying the significance of the working condition parameters of the cutting head.The subsequent part analyzes the physical,mechanical and mechanical properties of coal and rock and the mechanism of rock breaking by pick.The part that follows is concerned with establishing the mathematical motion models of drilling condition,horizontal swing condition and vertical swing condition according to the working mode of the cutting head in the actual working condition,and analyzing the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the cutting head.Finally,the three-dimensional model of the cutting head is established by using Solidworks software,and the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to analyze the breaking process of the cutting head to three typical coal and rock under different motionparameters,and the simulation model is established.By analyzing the dynamic load variation of cutting head acting on coal and rock under different working conditions,the law of variation and interaction between different motion parameters and working conditions load are revealed,which provides a theoretical reference for the selection of parameters of roadheader in actual working conditions.
