Our country judicial system reform is an essential part of judicial reform,judicial identification and environmental damage type of judicial appraisal system reform and improve the important link,and then formed a chain of close relationship.Today's environmental problems are the main focus of the world,and this is the target of our current efforts to manage.As environmental damage disputes are increasing,people gradually strengthen awareness of rights,environmental damage disputes through litigation,environmental damage and have their own complex features,which do not have the professional knowledge and professional skills appraisal appraisal institutions rely on the judge to clarify the truth,to determine the responsibility of the parties,make a fair judgment.In order to match the environmental damage identification system with practice,it is necessary to improve its internal system construction and environmental damage assessment should have the function.This paper attempts to discuss the system of environmental damage identification through three parts.The first part,make clear the concept and system value of the system of environmental damage identification,and provide the basis for the study of the identification system,and play a foreshadowing role for the specific discussion of the later.The second part is to evaluate the current situation of the identification system of environmental damage in China,and find out the existing problems.The third part,according to the current situation and problems,after analyzing the necessity of improving the environmental damage identification system,analysis of practical experience of other countries,put forward the corresponding improvement path of environmental pollution damage identification system in china.
