With the rapid development of the economy,the continuous advancement of industrial technology and the continuous consumption of the earth'sresources,greendevelopment has become the mainstream.A more efficient and energy-saving manufacturing technology—?3D printing technology came into being.Among them,photocuring rapid prototyping(SLA)is one of the earliest rapid development technologies in the field of 3D printing.Because of its convenient clinical operation and good patient experience,it has gained more and more recognition and application in medical treatment.In this paper,based on the previous research,a light-curing composite resin with good performance and can be used for dental caries repair was prepared and its performance was explored.(1)A detailed study on a photocurable composite resin in which urethane acrylate(PUA)is used as an oligomer has been conducted.The synthesis of PUA from toluene diisocyanate(TDI),polyether polyol,hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)and other raw materials,through the discussion of R value,reaction time,reaction temperature,catalyst dosage,etc.,to explore its effect on the synthesis of PUA.And the infrared spectroscopy analysis of the synthesized product.When the amount of catalyst DBTDL is 0.3%(mass fraction),R value = 2.2,first step reaction time 1.5 h,second step reaction temperature 60 ° C,n(-NCO)/ n(OH)=1.3,the best performance of PUA is best.(2)The curing process of the photocurable composite resin was studied.Exploring the effect of different content of each component on the properties of the resin,respectively,the urethane acrylate with a mass fraction of 45%,30% bisphenol A polyoxyethylene ether dimethacrylate,25% HEMA,4% photoinitiator 651,and 1% nano-SiO2 photocurable composite resin have the best performance in all aspects.(3)Further solving the problem of serious volume shrinkage and poor mechanical properties when the photocurable resin is cured,a long-chain polymer is introduced into the liquid photocurable composite resin.The properties of the cured product were tested for shrinkage and mechanical properties,and finally the optimum introduction amount of the long-chain polymer was 18%,and the content of the polymer solution in the photocurable composite resin was 60%.
