| With the continuous development of the industrial economy,today’s society is paying more and more attention to and requirements for green environmental protection.Nowadays,an industry with its own green advantages is gradually emerging-light curing technology,among which light curing rapid prototyping technology,That is,the SLA type has gradually developed toward desktop and long wave,and it has become more and more mature and widely used.In this study,based on the predecessors,a UV curable resin with good performance that can be used for 3D printing was prepared,and its related properties were explored.(1)The preparation process of UV curing resin for long wave 3D printing was studied in detail.UV curable resin was prepared from epoxy resin E44,cationic diluent cy179 and free radical diluent SR454 NS.Based on the study of different kinds and dosage of cationic and free radical photoinitiators,the influence on the curing behavior and curing products of the resin was investigated,and its performance was analyzed and tested.The best formula is 20 phr for E44,10 phr for CY179,40 phr for SR454 NS,4 phr for 261,1 phr for PAS50 and 2 phr for 1173.Through curing test,the curing sample with the highest glass transition temperature,maximum gel rate,bending strength and bending modulus can be prepared.(2)Optimized the formulation of hybrid resin.Start with a separate free radical system and cationic system,select the best formula,and then blend to prepare,and investigate the impact of the addition of vinyl ether on related performance.When the corresponding vinyl ether is added to the prepared hybrid system,the hybrid system with similar properties to the free radical system can be prepared.(3)The preparation of hyperbranched polyurethane acrylate was studied in detail.The three-step method and the two-step method were investigated respectively.Through the study of the reaction temperature and the amount of catalyst,the influence of the synthesis of hyperbranched polyurethane acrylate was explored,and the product was analyzed and tested.The two-step method is better than the three-step method.When the reaction temperature is 30℃ and 60℃,and the amount of the catalyst DBTDL is 0.1wt%,the hyperbranched polyurethane acrylate can be prepared. |
