At present,the shallow resources have been decreasing.In order to get rid of the restriction of shallow resources on China’s economic development,the mining depth of minerals will gradually reach 1000-2000 m and will be further developed.Winding hoist is the key equipment of ultra-deep mine hoisting system,the transition phase between layers and rings of wire rope during the transition process of winding results in vibration,impact,extrusion and wear of wire rope,which seriously affects the service life of wire rope.This project is funded by the National Key Research and Development Project "Research on Compound Failure Mechanism and Reliability Evaluation Technology of Machinery Key Components such as Hoisting Equipment Spindle".This paper mainly studies the wire rope of winding hoist,and the friction and wear characteristics of wire rope during the transition process of winding are studied,which provides basic data for the safe operation of wire rope during the transition process of winding.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:Firstly,according to the stress distribution of wire rope during the transition process of winding,the static tension simulation of wire rope was carried out,and the stress and strain distribution law between wires and strands was obtained;A simplified model of wire rope and drum was established,and the tension analysis of wire rope under different enclosure angles was carried out,the stress variation law and distribution characteristics of wire rope at different enclosure angles were predicted.Secondly,in order to obtain the contact and motion characteristics of wire rope in the transition phase between layers and rings,the motion characteristics of wire rope during the transition process of winding were analyzed theoretically.According to the actual working condition and the motion characteristics of wire rope during the transition process of winding,a friction test rig for wire rope during the transition process of winding was designed and built on the basis of the existing test rig,which can realize the friction test and performance detection of wire rope under different working conditions.Finally,the friction and wear test of wire rope during the transition process of winding was carried out by means of the friction test rig.The variation of friction coefficient,friction temperature rise and wear morphology with different tensions,rope speeds and enclosure angles under the lubrication failure and lubrication state was analyzed.The wear mechanisms of wire rope during the transition process of winding under different working conditions was studied based on the wear morphology.
