With the continuous improvement of the modernization of coal mining in our country,the super-large mine hoist which meets the needs of large-scale mine production has been put into operation in the important coal mining areas of Shanxi,Shaanxi,Mongolia and Xinjiang.However,the main structure of mine cage hoist in upward and downward processes,there is a greater probability of unexplained abnormal vibration,such as shutdown,well crash accidents and other security risks,resulting in huge economic losses and casualties.Because the cage of super-large mine hoist is huge,complex in motion and the strict manned safety standard,the field application results of traditional cage fault diagnosis method is not ideal,and the fault source is difficult to find and eliminate.Based on the measured data in the field operation of large-scale hoist cage,this paper reveals the corresponding relationship between harmonics and actual faults,puts forward a fault diagnosis method based on harmonic characteristics,and applies this system to the analysis and diagnosis of large-scale mine cage vibration faults.Through the method proposed in this paper,the causes of cage vibration faults can be found and practical measures can be taken to alleviate the problem.The solution proves that the method based on harmonic fault diagnosis is effective.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.The traditional fault diagnosis theories and methods,such as fuzzy theory,neural network and wavelet analysis,are elaborated.The shortcomings of the traditional methods in practical engineering applications are pointed out,and the advantages of the fault diagnosis methods based on harmonic characteristics are compared.2.The operation characteristics and vibration mechanism of mine cage are analyzed.Based on engineering measurement database,the corresponding relationship between harmonics and actual faults is revealed.3.The software and hardware of harmonic diagnosis system are designed,the design of login module,equipment management module,equipment diagnosis module,statistical query module and system management module are completed,the functions of parameter configuration,information collection,data analysis and diagnosis results are realized to achieve the purpose of non-contact diagnosis of equipment abnormalities and faults under online operation.This method has many advantages,such as cost reduction,improving reliability,productivity,safety,product quality,simple and reliable fault prevention in advance.
