| Mine hoist belong to large electrical equipment using in coal mine,it occupies anextremely important status in the process of mine production. The operation condition ofmine hoist is bad and temporarily overloading occurs seriously. The vibration signals inthe process of start,accelerate,constant speed,reduce speed and stop stages can reflectthe running state and structure damage. The faults of hoist can be diagnosed by usingthese information. In order to guarantee the hoist operating reliably and economically,it has important research value and practical significance to make fault diagnosisreal-time and effectively for mine hoist.In this paper,the mechanism of mine hoist vibration fault is further researched,and the features laws of hoist faults are summarized. Combined with the fault treetechnology,the fault diagnosis expert knowledge base is established. The fault diagnosisexpert knowledge base and inference engine are expressed by computer programming.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation technology is applied to fault diagnosis,the intelligentfault diagnosis expert system for mine hoist are established based on fuzzy reasoning,and the expert system software is designed. |
