China's medium-thick coal seam resources are abundant.Since the introduction and research of experimental mechanized mining mechanization technology in the early 1980 s,we have experienced continuous technological research and technological innovation,and solved the series of comprehensive mining equipment,technology,gas prevention and fire prevention technical challenge.In particular,large-scale high-level fully mechanized mining technology and equipment have made great progress,and the mainstream coal mining process has undergone changes in artillery mining,general mining,fully mechanized mining,fully mechanized caving,and large mining height.At present,the main coal mining methods in thick coal seams in China include three types of fully mechanized caving mining,large mining height and fully mechanized mining.With the continuous improvement of coal mining technology,the comprehensive mining efficiency has been continuously improved,the replacement of fully mechanized mining face has been accelerated,and the withdrawal of corresponding supporting equipment has become more frequent.Due to the large number of hydraulic supports on the working surface,the heavy weight,and the lack of professional equipment retracement equipment,the retracement efficiency is low,the safety is poor,and the labor intensity is large.According to the technical requirements of the fully mechanized hydraulic support retracement of the 3110 working face of Tianchen Coal Mine,the paper aims to safely and efficiently withdraw the support,and draws on the advantages of the traditional support retracement process to develop a new fully mechanized hydraulic support retracement platform.:(1)Analyzed the status quo and deficiencies of the detachment equipment of the fully mechanized mining face,and combined with the situation of the 3110 working face of Tianchen Coal Mine,the overall plan for the retracing process and the retracing equipment of the working face was determined.(2)The working face retracement support equipment with high working resistance,long telescopic beam,large pushing mechanism and lateral pushing net device was developed,and finite element analysis was carried out with ABAQUS software,indicating that the strength of the supporting device can be satisfied.The requirement of the bracket retraction process realizes the safety support of the top plate when the hydraulic support of the working face is retracted.(3)Adopting the structure of jack + pulley block to realize the quick pull-out and steering of the working face bracket on the retracting platform,and improve the retracting speed of the working surface bracket.(4)Through the movement and load analysis of the retracement equipment,the hydraulic system design of the hydraulic support retracement equipment was completed,and the prototype was tested,which indicated that the research and development of the fully mechanized hydraulic support retracement platform met the working conditions.The successful development of the hydraulic support retracement equipment for the fully mechanized mining face is more technical than the traditional hydraulic support retracement process and equipment,with high safety,high efficiency of pulling and adjusting,which can effectively reduce the labor intensity of construction workers and meet the high-yield and high-efficiency mine.The actual needs of the process equipment.At the same time,the design process of this product has certain reference significance for the design and development of the similar mechanical assembly of the underground fully mechanized mining face.
