The frequent smog weather in recent years has made the pressure of domesti c environmental protection more and more impending.Pollution prevention has be en risen to a new height,as one of the three major battles facing by the Chines e central government.Coal,as the main energy supply in China,has suffered many unwarranted accusations and criticisms under the current circumstance.This article sorted out the background and reasons for these problems,collec ted and analyzed the emission control technologies adopted by domestic and intern ational industrial coal boilers.On the basis of reviewing relevant literatures,this study used the Project Evaluation Theory as the research support,with the assist of Analytic Hierarchy Theory and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model to esta blish a boiler project evaluation index system around the new high-efficiency clea n coal boiler.Through the fuzzy quantification of each qualitative index,the wei ght of each evaluation index is obtained.Then after using the hierarchical single s orting and total sorting,add on the fuzzy relationship synthesis,the comprehens ive benefit evaluation model of the project is formed.Based on this,this paper i nserted the boiler system that Beijing Dijibona Technology Co.,Ltd builds in He bei Province to test the new-built comprehensive benefit evaluation model.The res ult shows that the new model is feasible,scientific,and reliable,and can be used to analyze actual projects,providing Investment decision advice.In the last part of the thesis,the author summarized the problems existed in the project evaluation process,gave constructive improvement suggestions and pr edicted the future development and application of new high-efficiency clean coal p ower boilers.
