Nowadays,people have higher requirements for the performance of textiles,the functional modification of textiles has become the mainstream.One of them is to modify the fabric with graphene,which can improve the the antibacterial,UV resistance,far infrared,electrical conductivity properties of the fabric.In this paper,viscose-based graphene yarns and ordinary viscose yarns were prepared into fabrics separately,and the difference in performance between the two fabrics was compared.The viscose-based graphene fabrics were respectively modified by stainless steel wire and evaporation coating,the properties of the modified fabric were tested.At the same time,the influence of graphene treatment on fabric properties was discussed.The properties of viscose-based graphene fabric and ordinary viscose fabric were tested separately.It was found that after the viscose fiber was modified by graphene,its electromagnetic radiation resistance,the UV resistance,the electrical conductivity,the antistatic property,the tensile properties,wear resistance and bending properties were improved,and the air permeability decreased.Among them,the UV resistance and wear resistance increased by 6 times and 10 times respectively.The electromagnetic radiation resistance was less improved,and the shielding effectiveness maintained at 5dB.The viscose-based graphene fabric was modified with stainless steel wire.The effect of the twisting content of the stainless steel wire and the arrangement density of the twisted yarn on the properties of the fabric was discussed.The results show that with the increase of the content of stainless steel wire,the fabric has improved the electrical conductivity,UV resistance,the antistatic property and air permeability,the wear resistance decrease.The bending stiffness of the fabric increases,the tensile breaking strength and breaking elongation decrease in weft,while the bending stiffness and the tensile breaking elongation decrease,the tensile breaking strength increases in warp.Adding stainless steel wire can significantly improve the capability of radiation resistance,but as the content changes,the performance changes little.When the content of stainless steel wire is 7%,the overall performance of the fabric is the best.When the stainless steel wire content is 7%,as the arrangement density increases,the electromagnetic radiation resistance of the fabric is significantly improved.When the yarns are all twisted in weft,the shielding effectiveness is the best,basically higher than 20 dB.The electrical conductivity is improved significantly,the warp resistivity is lower than the weft resistivity,the antistatic property changes little.And the UV resistance is slightly improved.The warp and weft tensile strength and elongation are decreased.The tensile properties are the best when the yarns are all twisted in weft.The wear resistance decreased slightly,but the worst was 6 times of the ordinary viscose fabric.The bending stiffness decreased in warp while it increased in weft.The air permeability is obviously improved.The air permeability is comparable to that of ordinary viscose fabrics when the yarns are all twisted in weft.In summary,when the content of stainless steel wire is 7% and the warp and weft directions are all twisted yarns,the overall performance of the fabric is the best,the electromagnetic radiation resistance is excellent.Modificating ordinary viscose fabric and viscose-based graphene fabric by thermally reduced graphene oxide(GO)respectively.Comparing the effects of three graphene modification methods on fabric properties(preparing fabrics with functional yarn,fabrics functional finishing,preparing fabrics with functional yarn plus fabrics functional finishing).The effect of GO content on performance was discussed.The results show that after the ordinary viscose fabric and the viscose-based graphene fabric are modified by graphene,the resistivity property decreases in warp and weft.When the GO content is more than 0.3g/L,the UV resistance of the ordinary viscose fabric and the viscose-based graphene fabric is remarkably improved,and the antistatic property of the ordinary viscose fabric is improved,and the antistatic property of the viscose-based graphene fabric is almost unchanged.When the GO content is more than 0.6g/L,the electromagnetic radiation resistance of the viscose-based graphene fabric is no longer improved.When the GO content is 0.6 to 0.9 g/L,the electrical conductivity of ordinary viscose fabrics are comparable to unfinished viscose-based graphene fabrics.When the GO content is from 0.9 to 1.2 g/L,the electromagnetic radiation resistance of the ordinary viscose fabric is comparable to that of the unfinished viscose-based graphene fabric.When the GO content is 1.2g/L,the bending stiffness of the ordinary viscose fabric is comparable to that of the unfinished viscose-based graphene fabric,and the air permeability of the ordinary viscose fabric is still higher than that of the unfinished viscose-based graphene fabric.With the increase of GO content,the tensile breaking strength of ordinary viscose fabric decreases first and then increases,the tensile breaking strength of viscose-based graphene fabric increases,the breaking elongation of two fabrics decreases.The bending stiffness of the fabric is increases and the air permeability decreases.The content of GO has little effect on the wear resistance of the two fabrics.The metal-coated viscose-based graphene fabrics were prepared by vacuum evaporation coating technique,and the effects of different coating materials on the properties of the fabrics were discussed.The results show that after depositing silver,copper and aluminum on the fabrics,the resistivity of the three coated fabrics decreases to different extents,and the antistatic property is significantly improved,but the antistatic properties of the silver-coated fabrics,copper-coated fabrics and aluminum coated fabrics are close to each other.The electromagnetic radiation resistance increased,from high to low,it’s silver-coated fabric,copper-coated fabric and aluminum-coated fabric,the protection ability is still low.The the UV resistance is increased,from high to low,it’s aluminum-coated fabric,silver-coated fabric and copper-coated fabric.After metal coating,the tensile breaking strength and bending stiffness of the fabric are improved,and the tensile breaking elongation is substantially unchanged.The air permeability is slightly decreased,which of the three coated fabrics is close.The viscose-based graphene fabric is hydrophilic,and the water-repellent property of the metal-coated fabrics are significantly improved,from high to low,it’s aluminum-coated fabric,silver-coated fabric,and copper-coated fabric.
