The use of hydrazine to treat organic waste to obtain sputum manure not only prevents solid waste pollution,but also realizes the recycling of nutrient resources.However,due to the different sources of organic waste and complex composition,the nutrient and safety status of the manure plant is not clear.It is of practical significance to carry out relevant research to promote the development of the manure composting industry and promote the construction of ecological agriculture.To this end,35 commercially available sputum samples were selected,and the contents of plant nutrients and harmful elements were evaluated.By pot experiment,30% sputum + 70% fertilizer(F7V3)was set under the same nitrogen condition.,50% sputum + 50% fertilizer(F5V5),equal nitrogen sputum(V10),2 times nitrogen sputum(V20),3 times nitrogen sputum(V30)and 6 no added fertilizer(CK)The effects of applying manure on the yield and quality of amaranth were studied,in order to provide a reference for the scientific and rational application of manure.The main findings obtained are as follows:1.The p H range is 5.72~9.08,the average value is 7.40,and 97.14% of the sample p H is between 5.5 and 8.5.The organic matter content ranges from 104.57 to 380.43 g/kg,with an average content of 245.99 g/kg.2.The content of manure nutrients is comprehensive and suitable for crop growth.The contents of N,P2O5 and K2 O in manure were 4.25~18.14 g/kg,3.48~24.47 g/kg and 6.02~20.75 g/kg,respectively,and the average contents were 10.12 g/kg,9.01 g/kg and 10.92 g/ respectively.Kg.The order of element content is Ca>Fe>Mg>Zn>Cu>Mn.3.The content of Cr,Cd,As and Pb in most manures meets the standard.Individual elements in individual samples exceed the standard,and there is a certain safety risk.The contents of Cr,Cd,As and Pb in the manure were 23.96 ~ 306.35 mg/kg,0.15 ~ 3.87 mg/kg,3.04 ~ 19.06 mg/kg,12.80 ~ 121.15 mg / kg,and the average content was 82.40 mg/kg,0.60 mg/kg,10.85 mg/kg,30.08 mg/kg.Referring to the national standard for organic fertilizers(NY525-2012),the number of Cr,Cd,As and Pb exceeded 7,3,3 and 3,and the overall pass rate was 68.57%.4.The application of sputum can significantly increase the yield of leeks.The yield of amaranth treated with F7V3 and F5V5 was significantly higher than that of V10 treatment;the treatment of V20 was similar to that of manure and manure,and the yield of V30 treatment was significantly higher than that of other treatments.5.The application of sputum can significantly improve the quality of leeks.The application of sputum manure can increase the soluble sugar,vitamin C,total flavonoids,nutrient elements and amino acid content of amaranth;the effect of V30 treatment of amaranth quality is basically the same as that of sputum manure combined with chemical fertilizer treatment;F7V3 and F5V5 treatment for total amino acids The content gain effect is better,while the V30 treatment of amaranth protein has the highest nutritional value.6.The application of manure can reduce the content of nitrates and harmful elements in amaranth.The contents of nitrate and As,Cd and Pb in F7V3 and F5V5 treatments were higher than those in V10 treatment.During the treatment of V10,V20 and V30,the content of Cr,As and Cd was the first with the increase of nitrate content.Increase after increasing.In summary,when the application of 3 times nitrogen amount of manure,the yield and quality of amaranth can reach the effect of manure and fertilizer application,and it is feasible to use the quality and safety of manure to completely replace chemical fertilizer to produce amaranth. |
