Liuyang Xiabu handicraft is one of the precious treasures left by the wisdom of the ancient people in the long history.It has been continuously polished and baptized and passed down to this day.Has a glorious history,but with the rapid development of the economy and the impact of global culture,the national handicraft began to be forgotten slowly,the Xiabu industry has already begun to shrink,the long-disconnected Xiabu culture can not find a balance in the development of the fast-paced economic system,which is the crisis of most handicraft culture,is the urgent need to solve the problem of coordinated economic and cultural development.Therefore,while excavating the cultural connotation of Liuyang Xiabu,we need to innovate and practice according to the problems.With the gradual improvement of living standards,people pay attention to both the spirit and intuitive feelings of goods,so the design innovation thinking of industry is very important.However,most of the products of Xiabu handicraft are not clear in style orientation and old in style.This research mainly uses innovative methods to integrate other elements into the design and application of Xiabu cloth women's clothing.The paper adopts the methods of literature research,field investigation and market analysis,summarizes the main problems of Liuyang Xiabu cloth industry development and the advantages and disadvantages of its characteristics in apparel application,and analyses the historical origin,cultural connotation,technological process and affiliation of Xiabu cloth and Hunan embroidery.Sexual characteristics are discussed theoretically and practically.The practice and theoretical basis summarized are brought into Liuyang Xiabu leisure women's wear design.The inspiration source and design process of apparel and pattern application are analyzed concretely.In color,the elegant style of Xiabu decoration is broken through,and the outline of ancient buildings is mainly absorbed by bright and jumping embroiderylines.To simplify and transform,deepen the overall cultural connotation of clothing;to actively attempt to use various methods such as segmentation,overlapping and fabric splicing in structure and material,to strengthen the overall sense of space and pay attention to the three-dimensional clothing;and to use the main elements of Hunan embroidery,through comparison,deformation,layout and other methods to select patterns and use,to explore and complete the Hunan embroidery flowers.Designed for elemental Xiabu casual women's clothing."Xiabu Chu Yuan" series clothing design has made a new attempt,but also for Liuyang Xiabu to try to find more innovative elements and strengthen the design innovative thinking,from the value point of view,combined with different elements to explore the greater value of Liuyang Xiabu;from the perspective of inheritance,not only provides Liuyang Xiabu innovative ideas in clothing,enriches Xiabu products,but also makes Xiangxiuyuan embroidery.Su has also been derived from Liuyang Xiabu cloth,which can be used for reference in the development of traditional handicraft products.
