Design And Implementation Of IoT Gateway System In Smart Tea Factory

Smart tea factories represent the intelligent development direction of tea processing industry,and play an important part of industrial 4.0 smart factory.At present,most of the tea factories still take the construction of the automatic production line as their main features with the PC-PLC system,which use the PC of the central control room of the tea factory to play the role in collection,storage and monitoring of the PLC control system through configuration software.There is not a real sense of the reality as IoT、cloud data storage and computing services.There is a design of intelligent tea plant Internet of things Gateway system,with the aiming at the core process data of the tea making process,such as temperature and humidity,and the automatic control operation parameters of the production line.It realizes the on-the-spot monitoring and remote monitoring of the equipment of the tea plant production line.The gateway system design and implementation are divided into three aspects: gateway configuration design,data communication protocol conversion and gateway system data processing.Firstly,the gateway configuration is to design the relevant control information of the tea processing production line equipment and complete the configuration and storage of the PLC controller.Then,the data communication protocol conversion is the unified standardization conversion of the sensor data collected from the Internet of things through the OPC standard of Modbus/TCP,and the transmission processing of the sensor data is to send the standardized converted data to the database and the server by MQTT protocol.Thirdly,gateway system data design is the base part and control the whole data storage.Finally,it is to prove the availability,reliability,stability and extensibility of the gateway system design,and to provide an important solution for the construction of intelligent tea factory in the industry.
