Tianjin Zhongxing Coal Group Co.,Ltd.owns Zhouyoufang of Anhui Province and re-establishes the ore development rights of two iron ore mines.The two mines are close to each other,and the ore contains similar minerals.It is intended to develop and utilize the two mines at the same time.Therefore,explore this.Whether the two ore mines can be combined for ore dressing production has important guiding significance for the development and utilization of subsequent minerals.In this paper,the mixed ore samples of Zhouyoufang and re-concentration iron ore are taken as research objects.On the basis of the study of ore properties,the ore dressing test is carried out to determine the reasonable process and indicators of iron recovery of mixed ore samples.In the test,two kinds of ore samples of Zhouyoufang iron ore and re-collecting ore were blended in a ratio of 1.5:1 to obtain test ore samples.The ore sample is a lowphosphorus and low-sulfur single-acid low-grade magnetite-hematite mixed iron ore.The mineral types are relatively simple.The iron minerals are mainly magnetite and mirror iron ore,and the gangue minerals are mostly quartz.The first scheme is the stage grinding,re-election-strong magnetic separationreverse flotation process,which is selected in the original ore grade of 27.47%,a section of grinding fineness-200 mesh accounted for 52.50%,and the second section of grinding fineness-200 mesh Under the condition of 85.36%,the iron concentrate with 65.71% grade and 78.91% recovery rate can be obtained;the second scheme is the stage grinding,strong magnetic separation-reverse flotation process,which is selected in the original ore grade of 27.47%,a section of grinding Fineness-200 mesh accounted for 65.58%,and the second-stage grinding fineness-200 mesh accounted for 85.36%,and an iron concentrate with a grade of 65.66% and a recovery rate of 76.39% was obtained.After the comparison,it is determined that the stage grinding,re-election-strong magnetic separation-reverse flotation process is the recommended process.Figure 42;Table 40;Reference 43...
