Study On Layover Repairing Welding Technology Of 1580 Back-up Roll

In order to ensure the repair of backup roll 1580 layer welding quality and meet the technical requirements,in accordance with the requirements of product design chose wire flux,according to the process parameters make template sample welding layer and mechanical performance experiment,has commissioned yanshan university,Harbin national welding material quality supervision inspection center and other professional institutions to hardness test,microstructure analysis and the tensile and fatigue strength,impact and mechanical performance experiment.Through the experiment to prove that shougang changbai company selected welding wire,flux according to the design process of welding layer to fulfill the requirements of welding layer's hardness,microstructure and mechanics performance parameters,fully meet the backup roll repair using performance,and obtained the suitable for optimal heat treatment temperature of 1580 backup roll overlaying welding repair and hardness under this temperature value and microstructure,for later at home and abroad on the study of the 1580 bearing roller design process provides a data basis.This article also used for surfacing welding on complete backup roll for feedback and tracking,check whether the working state of the backup roll overlaying welding repair completed to achieve the desired results,and compared with field use good forging backup roll,although different,but in terms of hardness of the backup roll in normal grinding hardness to keep in good condition,under the condition of no serious hardness rising situation,compared with a hot early surfacing backup roll has a lot of progress,fully meet the needs of the use in this area.Finally,this paper also introduces the direct economic benefits brought to our company by the choice of repairing 1580 supporting roller.Figure69;Table17;Reference 45...
