With the rapid development of modern industry,protecting the global environment,building a circular economy,and maintaining the sustainable development of resources have become the common concern of all countries in the world.Green manufacturing and circular economy are the foundation for the sustainable development of human society and the future development of manufacturing industry.Direction,and remanufacturing technology has been widely used in many industrial fields,where surfacing technology has broad development space and prospects in the manufacture and repair of heavy equipment,especially for the repair of expensive and wearable parts.Technical and economic advantages.Economic development has steadily increased the demand for mineral resources,and the research and development and innovation of mining machinery are also vigorously promoted.In mining machinery and equipment,scraper conveyors,transfer machines,plows,etc.as important mining transportation equipment have been developed in the direction of heavy load,long distance and long service life.These mechanical equipments are driven and driven by mining sprocket.When the sprocket is in operation,the gear teeth are sequentially meshed with the chain to pull the traction scraper chain and the scraper to continuously move,thereby conveying the mineral resources.However,the mining sprocket is a fragile product.As the service time of the sprocket increases,the wear will increase,and the strength of the sprocket tooth will decrease.Therefore,the mining sprocket needs to have high strength and wear resistance.It also has excellent toughness and can work continuously under impact load.Due to the above reasons,the mining sprocket often causes the sprocket to fail due to friction and wear,particle impact,medium corrosion,etc.during the service.If it is not remanufactured but is directly activated,it will cause great waste of resources.Therefore,remanufactured repair is applied to the failed mining sprocket.In this paper,the mining sprocket has a long working time,the maintenance period is short,the lubrication between the sprocket and the rack is insufficient,the chain is more susceptible to wear and the size of the chain part cannot meet the requirements of use,and the surfacing is proposed.Manufacturing technology for sprocket repair,ER69-1 structural steel welding wire is selected as the transition layer material,and YD212 hardfacing welding wire is used as the surfacing layer materialto strengthen the surface of the failed sprocket.By improving the welding process parameters and reducing the welding heat input,a surfacing layer with excellent performance is obtained.(1)Research on re-manufacturing process of mining sprocket surfacing,by comparing different welding current,welding voltage,welding speed,gas flow and other parameters,grasp the relationship between welding process parameters and surfacing performance,and obtain the optimal process To clarify the metallurgical reaction behavior mechanism during the remanufacturing process.(2)Through the microstructure analysis of the interface between the substrate and the transition layer,the transition layer and the surfacing layer,the dissolution and diffusion of metal elements in the connecting layer are studied,and the relationship between the process parameters and the microstructure is established,and the different process parameters are clarified.Influence on the microstructure evolution of the connecting layer Microstructure analysis of the interface between the transition layer and the surfacing layer.(3)Performance test of mining sprocket surfacing layer.By testing the mechanical properties of the surfacing layer,detecting the hardness of the surface of the weldment,and testing the wear resistance of the surface layer after welding,the relationship between the surfacing layer and the surfacing process is analyzed to obtain an optimal surfacing processtechnology.
