In recent years,photocatalysis technology has contributed to solving the issue of environmental pollution and energy crisis using sun light energy.At present,due to the wide bang-gaps of these oxide semiconductor materials,there are low efficient utilization of solar irradiation.Cu2ZnSnS4?CZTS?is a kind of four elements semiconductor photocatalytic material.The band-gap of CZTS is about 1.5 eV which matches with the solar spectrumcan.Now,CZTS is only getting started for photocatalytic field.The purpose of this paper is to prepare CZTS photocatalytic materials which is a kind of low cost,high efficiency and good controllability.The resultant materials were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM,Raman spectroscopy and XPS.Then its photocatalytic degradation and photocatalytic hydrogen production were studied.The main contents include the following points.Details are as follow:CZTS photocatalytic materials were prepared by hydrothermal method.Results show that when the reaction conditions are:T=180?,t=8 h,pH=2.5 and Cu:?Zn+Sn?=1.0,the material performance of photocatalytic degradation rhodamine is99%after 60 minutes of LED light irradiation.Cu2ZnSnS4/CdS p-n hetero-structure photocatalytic material was prepared by two-step hydrothermal method.The results are that when adding 0.3 g CZTS,the hydrogen production efficiency of the composite is about 296.17?mol·g-1·h-1,which is more than140 times higher than pure CZTS(2.08?mol·g-1·h-1).The increasing owes to the hetero-structure which improves photogenerated electron and holes separation,transfer and recombination.In order to improve the recovery of photocatalytic materials,CZTS thin films were prepared by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis.The resolts show that the thin films are made when the reaction conditions are T=180?,C=2.5 mmol/L and V=2.5 mL/min.The photocatalytic hydrogen production is 68.67?mol·g-1·h-1,which can provide a guidance for the study of CZTS.Figure 40;Table 3;Reference 68...
