The zirconia-doped zirconium titanate(PLZT)transparent ferroelectric ceramic is an electro-optical material with excellent performance and high light transmittance and electro-optic coefficient.Anti-glare goggles composed of PLZT and drive circuit have a good application in the field of glare protection.With the increasing popularity of anti-glare PLZT goggles,the testing of the photoelectric parameters of PLZT goggles has important practical value for its design and application.This paper aims to design a photoelectric parameter testing system for anti-glare PLZT goggles.Firstly,the characteristics of PLZT ferroelectric ceramics and its working principle as fast optical switch materials in anti-glare PLZT goggles are expounded.Then the principle and key technical requirements of the test system are introduced in detail,and the overall framework of the system is designed.The main controllable light source module,illumination detection module,data acquisition and control module were analyzed in detail.The detailed requirements analysis of the PC software part of the test system is introduced.The development of Qt software development platform and its application to the development of graphical interface are introduced.The module is divided into modules by modular programming.Describe in detail the software design framework and describe the functional design and implementation of each module.The test system designed in this paper innovates the PLZT as a method for detecting the performance of fast optical switches by combining software and hardware.The research focuses on high-speed serial communication,multi-threading mechanism,recursive average filtering algorithm and programming real-time curve when the data volume is large.Finally,the test experiment platform is built to test and analyze the hardware part performance and software part of the test system.The test results show that the performance,accuracy and function of each part meet the system design requirements.Finally,the improvement direction of the next step is analyzed.
