Research On The Development Of Internationalization Path Of Shenzhou International Group

With the gradual development of the world economy,China's resource advantages such as demographic dividends have developed rapidly in the textile and garment foundry manufacturing industry,and sufficient income has been obtained.However,with the changes in labor costs and the appreciation of the RMB exchange rate,the survival pressure of China's foundry industry is increasing.The nature of its foundry allows enterprises to be at the bottom of the value chain for a long time,and the meager profits are increasingly exploited for business operations.Sustainable development,the extension of the internationalization path beyond the OEM export is imperative.This paper adopts the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.Through the analysis of the multiple paths of the international development of Shenzhou International Group,the Cobweb model is established to quantify the degree of international development of the group,and the advantages and shortcomings of Shenzhou International Group are clarified.It integrates its international development path and proposes optimization suggestions such as strengthening the R&D system and improving the level of skill.As a typical example of a naturalized textile and garment foundry enterprise,Shenzhou International Group's internationalization path research is of great significance to the sustainable development of other foundry enterprises.
