As the boom of online shopping in China in recent years,a growing number of companies are re-focusing to B2 C business.The E-commerce warehouse is the core of the digital supply chain.An appropriate location of the warehouse is essential to the implementation of company strategy,operation efficiency and consumer experience.Regarding the warehouse location selection problem for B2 C E-commerce,this thesis discussed the characteristic of logistics and distribution for E-commerce business,analyzed the similarities and differences between traditional distribution and B2 C E-commerce distribution,and articulated a three-phase method for the selection process.This selection method is based on the express cost and transit time provided by 3rd party express company,then use 0-1 integer programming to optimize,and finally analyzed and evaluated by AHP with FCE.In the end,this article studied the warehouse location selection problem for a sports company by introduced the overview of the company and its online business,analyzed the online sales data and applied the three-phase location selection process to conclude the problem.By study the case of Company N,the feasibility of the three–phase selection process is proved.And it also has a certain reference value to the warehouse location in the industry.
