Study On Locating Of Liquid Hazardous Chemical Warehouse

With the rapid development of chemical industry,the demand for chemical products has been increasing in the market,and the demand for dangerous chemicals has increased.Dangerous chemicals may cause casualties,property damage and environmental pollution for its dangerous features,such as explosive,toxic,corrosive in production,storage and transportation so that they need special management.With the improvement of people environmental protection consciousness and safety consciousness,the ordinary goods logistics location planning theory has not effectively solve the problem of site selection for the warehouse,so the research applies for the location selection method of logistics system is particularly important.Liquid dangerous products as a kind of liquid chemical products are more strict than solid in storage and transportation.In this paper,the problem of hazardous material storage location is discussed.First the influencing factors of location problem are analyzed and classified.Then,two kinds of targets are considered for the liquid location problem,one is the economic profitability and another is storage and transportation risks.Therefore,this paper proposes a dual-objective model,one is the cost minimization,the other is the risk minimization.The location optimization model which combines the two considerations is more suitable for the characteristics of crisis logistics.Secondly,when building the model,the paper fully consider China’s national conditions.the provisions of relevant laws and regulations for storage and transportation to avoid area of the eight class are built into the model of constraint condition,adopting the quantitative way to circumvent the location method which may lead to legal risks.According to the characteristics of the liquid production location model,this paper put forward appropriate USES heuristic algorithm to solve the model.Then discuss the applicable one of tabu search algorithm to the applicability of the model.Lastly,based on the model characteristics,this paper designs algorithm to solve.Finally,a case study of the location of liquid production in the pearl river delta region is carried out.The results show that the low cost and low population density at the center of the research area will be selected to establish a liquid crisis storage center whcih demonstrate the validity and applicability of the model.
