In this paper, the research area is in Jiangsu Yancheng National Rare Bird Nature Reserve with carbon dioxide as the research object. In order to understand the Carbon dioxide flux changes in spatial and temporal variations character and the influence of environmental factors, the Carbon dioxide fluxes emitted were measured by using the static metal box gas chromatography technique. The main results were as follows:(1)The ground state of vegetation is one of the main causes of CO2 flux seasonal differences. The survey region shows the“sink”of the Carbon dioxide and seasonal difference obviously. It was found that the salt marshes absorb large amounts of carbon dioxide and significant Carbon sequestration effect by comparisoning with the ground vegetation removal.(2)Overall performance for carbon sink of the tide cyclical changes in the study area with significant carbon sequestration effect CO2 flux has significant difference in the tide cyclical changes, the tide and the ground vegetation have obvious effect on CO2 flux of tidal cycle.Tidewater impacts on soil CO2 flux through ground vegetation indirect.(3)The vegetation succession in the study area with overall performance for carbon sink and the CO2 flux in vegetation succession has significant difference. It was found that plant roots developed degree may be another reason for CO2 flux difference of vegetation zone by analysising.Spartina belt carbon sequestration effect is better than Suaeda salsa.(4)The difficence of CO2 flux in the research area is significant before removing the ground vegetation.(5)Temperature,soluble salts, organic matter,Ph and total nitrogen the five kinds of soil are obvious linear correlation in Aeluropus littoralis belt.Soluble salts, organic matter and total nitrogen are nearly linear related significant in the growing season and recent tidal creek.
