With the development of beer technology,there has been a breakthrough in beer research in recent years.The craft of beer and beverage is developing toward intelligence.With the rapid development of beer industry,people pay more attention to the packaging of beer.If there is a reasonable packaging line in the production process,the production cost can be reduced and the economic benefits of beer production can be improved.Therefore,the automatic control system of packaging line with high quality,advanced technology and reasonable design should be designed to not only meet the production demand of beer,but also reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency.This paper introduces the system design of multi-channel beer packaging line,realize multi-channel control.After the analysis of the beer packaging process,according to the actual needs of the brewery,combined with industrial Ethernet technology,the selected hardware equipment is mainly Siemens s7-1500 series PLC,ET200 SP extension station,danfoss FC360 series inverter,Siemens KTP900 Basic PN touch screen.Under the programming environment of windows10 virtual machine,the automatic control system was developed by using Siemens botu software,the production process of packaging line was controlled reasonably by PLC controller,and the whole system was tracked and debugged in the later period,achieving the expected control effect.Compared with the traditional packaging line with power frequency operation,this design reduces the noise of the packaging workshop,realizes the automatic operation and monitoring of production,and provides the factory with reliable production information.The system can adjust the speed of the motor at any time according to the actual situation on the site.This effectively improves the production efficiency and flexibility of equipment,saves energy and human resources,and facilitates the field personnel to debug the equipment in the future.The system was finally put into practical projects,and after debugging,the system ran stably to meet the production needs of the brewery.
