The development and construction of open pit mines is an important part of Chinese long-term energy development plan.The proposed coal bunker in the Ping Shuo mining area is located on the loess,and the landslide around the site is more obvious.The high-steep slope of the silo with such structure and scale is rare at home and abroad.The paper carries out the design of high-slope support based on comprehensive understanding of the geological conditions of the construction of the silo,and applies on-site measurement and numerical simulation.The characteristics of the structure of the retaining structure are further studied to further verify the rationality of the supporting design.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Through indoor and in-situ tests,the physical and mechanical properties of the high slope soil are analyzed,and a comprehensive method for determining the physical and mechanical parameters of the high slope soil is formed,which provides services for the stability analysis and support design of the high slope.(2)Systematically analyze the working mechanism,characteristics and applicable conditions of common support types for high slopes,and compare the support schemes with engineering and geological characteristics.Finally,the combined support scheme of soil nailing wall and pile-anchor is adopted as the design scheme of this project.The parameters of supporting structures are determined by theoretical calculation,and the stability of high slope is analyzed by numerical simulation,and the rationality of supporting scheme is evaluated.(3)Through the on-site measurement,the rationality and support effect of the support scheme are analyzed.The monitoring data shows that each support structure is in a stable state,and the support stable control area is obtained.In the test period,the slope of the slope is within the safe range,the overall deformation of the soil layer is relatively small,and the deformation has no tendency to increase the speed.Combined with the test results of the reinforced belt part,it can be seen that the support under the structure,the soil layer is in a safe state.Based on the measured and numerical simulation results,reasonable suggestions are put forward to ensure the long-term stability of the high slope of the tank.This paper provides useful practical experience for large-slot high-slope support in loess area,has important engineering practical significance,and enriches and develops the theory of large-slot high-slope support,with important theory significance.
