| One of the urgent tasks of coal mine safety production is to improve the prevention and control technology of coal dust,eliminate the harm of coal dust and prevent the serious consequences that coal dust may cause.Dust in coal mine safety production,working environment and the miners’ physical and mental health caused great potential harm,how to strengthen the prevention and control of coal mine dust hazards according to various situation,to effective technical measures such as dust,dust,and to prevent explosion and to the employees life safety and health protection is particularly important.In this paper,based on the systematic study of coal mine dust control measures and methods at home and abroad,through theoretical analysis,the cstablishment of the model method,the coal mine dust hazard control safety evaluation and analysis.First of all,the paper analyzes the basic situation of xinjiang coal industry and coal mining enterprises,part of the xinjiang region were listed in the aspect of dust prevention and control of typical coal mine of the major risk factors,and summarized some typical coal mines in the aspect of dust prevention and control of seven questions,according to "people-environment-management"four aspects of content,summarizes the main factors of the content,established the coal dust hazard prevention and control of safety evaluation index system,a total of eight second class indexes and 28 third class indexes.Secondly,a new decision-making method--fahp-modm is proposed to calculate the index data of different projects,and the comprehensive analysis method and steps of fahp-modm are expounded.The grade of each index for safety evaluation of coal mine dust hazard prevention and control is analyzed.Finally,the grade of each index of safety evaluation of coal mine dust hazard prevention and control is analyzed,and the scoring basis and standard of each index when calculating the objective weight of each index are listed.By using this method,some typical coal mines in xinjiang are evaluated,and the safety evaluation grade of dust control for each coal mine is obtained,and the corresponding measures are pointed out. |
