In the process of disasters,in order to ensure the safety of mines and the control of disasters in the disaster areas,it is necessary to construct a closed wall.In order to make the closed wall function to isolate the disaster area,it is necessary to strictly control the material of the closed wall and the strength of the closed wall.Requirements,especially the anti-explosion and airtightness of the closed wall,will make the removal of the closed wall more difficult.Therefore,it is necessary to study an efficient and safe cutting method.In this paper,the cutting law of abrasive hydraulic cutting technology for common steel plates and closed walls is studied.The hydraulic cutting technology has great practical significance for underground cutting materials and breaking sealing.In this paper,the influence of the cutting depth of materials under different working conditions is studied by cutting the 45th steel plate.Firstly,the single factor experiment was carried out from four parameters:pressure,cutting speed,target distance and abrasive flow.The influence of different p.arameters on the cutting depth was obtained.Then,the cutting test of the orthogonal test of the cut steel plate was carried out.The main parameters of the parameters affecting the depth of the abrasive water jet cutting steel plate were obtained by the range analysis,which provided a practical reference for the material of the coal mine cutting steel plate.In this paper,the cutting process and influencing factors of abrasive wall cutting on the closed wall are simulated and simulated.The process of cutting the sealing wall by abrasive water jet is analyzed,and the influence of jet pressure on the cutting depth is obtained.Finally,compared with the influence law of the cutting steel plate,it is obtained that although the materials to be cut are different,the influence law of the pressure is basically the same,which provides a practical reference for the hydraulic cutting of the closed wall.Finally,this paper uses the mine hydraulic cutting device to conduct industrial ex periments on the underground sealing wall.In this experiment,the hydraulic cutting d evice cuts the 600mm thick sealing wall.However,for the cutting of such a large thic kness of material,the cutting effect of the abrasive water jet is not good.Therefore,t his paper proposes a multi-angle cutting and multiple cutting method to improve the c utting efficiency of the abrasive water jet device for cutting large thickness materials.T he experimental results show that the mining hydraulic cutting device uses the multi-a ngle cutting and multiple-cutting methods to cut the sealing wall,which takes between 30min and 50min,improves the efficiency of the demolition and is suitable for the t ask of demolishing the closed wall under the well.
