| In recent years,with the environmental pollution problems exposed by China’s economic development becoming more and more serious,the government and scholars pay more and more attention to the resource and environment problems in the process of economic growth.The unsustainability of the extensive economic growth mode of "high input and high consumption" has become a consensus,and it is urgent to find a green and sustainable development path.Therefore,how to achieve economic growth has become an urgent requirement.The green transformation of economic growth has become the focus of scholars’ research.Secondly,with the gradual deepening of China’s opening to the outside world,the impact of opening to the outside world on the mode of economic growth is not small,but its impact mechanism still needs to be further clarified.In this regard,this paper constructs a measurement index of the greening of economic growth mode,analyses the impact of environmental regulation and openingup on the green transformation of China’s economic growth mode,and tries to contribute to guiding China’s economic green growth.Firstly,this paper uses SBM-DDF function and Luenberger productivity index to measure the green total factor productivity of 30 provinces in China from 2000 to 2016,and on this basis,it constructs the green measurement index of the mode of economic growth,and quantitatively studies the green transformation process and its stage characteristics of the mode of economic growth in China;secondly,it puts forward the environmental and directed technology in Acemoglu et al.(2012).Under the framework of progress,this paper examines the influence mechanism of environmental regulation and opening to the outside world on the greening of economic growth mode;thirdly,using the data of 30 provinces in China from 2003 to 2016,using the dynamic panel SYS-GMM and LSDVC methods,it makes an empirical test of the theoretical analysis results and makes possible explanations for the test results;finally,it summarizes the main conclusions of this paper and puts forward some suggestions to promote China.Policy suggestions on green transformation of economic growth mode.The results show that the greening level of China’s economic growth pattern is 0.11 from 2001 to 2016,and the greening level of economic growth in 10 years is positive.Generally speaking,the green level of economic growth in China is relatively low during the period of investigation,and there is no significant improvement in the green level of economic growth.Regionally,64% of the eastern and 63% of the central provinces showed an improvement in the green level of economic growth mode,while only 18% of the western provinces showed a low degree of improvement.The data test of theoretical analysis shows that reasonable environmental regulation can overcome the path dependence of technological progress and change its direction,and improve the greening level of China’s economic growth mode by promoting clean technological progress.Because of the weak and polluting technological structure of environmental regulation,the impact of opening-up on the greening of China’s economic growth mode can be divided into two parts.The four aspects of positive technology spillover effect and negative product structure effect are not the same: import with the cooperation of domestic R&D efforts has a positive role in promoting;export mainly reflects the product structure effect,with a negative impact;FDI has both technology spillover effect and product structure effect,but the product structure effect is relatively large,and the overall performance is negative.The coefficient of OFDI is positive but not significant,and the effect on the greening of economic growth mode is not obvious. |
