Research On Enterprise Development Strategy Of KJ Group

Environmental hygiene is closely related to people's living standards,and it is also an important external material index reflecting people's spiritual living standards in a region.With the development of economy and society,the government and the public are demanding more and more on sanitation.China's sanitation service industry has ushered in a favorable opportunity for development.KJ Group(at the request of the company,replace the company name with letters),as a sanitation service enterprise with more than ten years' experience,is facing new opportunities for development,but at the same time,it also feels the tremendous impact brought by the increasing cost of labor and the influx of other domestic sanitation enterprises.Based on the current severe market situation,Choosing the right development strategy is one of the key factors to determine its success or failure in order to ensure that the company can maintain a high market competitiveness while expanding its scale and increasing its core business.This paper conducts field investigation of KJ Group.On the basis of the correlative theory of strategic management,combining with the company's development,this paper uses the relevant theory knowledge of strategic management,such as PEST+N analysis method,Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis method,analyze and research on the Internal and External Environment of KJ Group.On the basis of this study,the development strategy suitable for the company's integration,diversification and internationalization are put forward.At the same time,according to the proposed strategy,the corresponding implementation plan and safeguard measures are put forward.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the future strategic development of the enterprise through the research.I hope the research results can help KJ Group to improve the level of enterprise management,optimize the business structure,enhance the core competitiveness,and ultimately help the enterprise to achieve steady development.Enterprise development strategy is a huge subject.This study takes KJ Group as the research object.Through the study of its development strategy,it can provide policy recommendations for the future development of the company.At the same time,it can also provide case reference for relevant enterprises to formulate their own development strategy.
