| The rubber is prone to sticking problems during vulcanization,which not only causes defects on the surface of the product,but also affects product quality.Frequent cleaning of the mold also reduces production efficiency,damages the mold surface,and reduces mold dimensional accuracy.There are two main solutions: one is to spray the release agent in the cavity.This method will not only increase the cost and cause environmental pollution,but also cause seams and affect the quality of the product.Second,the mold surface is treated with anti-sticking.There are mainly vapor deposition,hard chrome plating and Teflon coating.Among them,hard chrome plating pollutes the environment and can only partially solve the problem of sticking;currently,Teflon coating is the best way to solve the mold sticking mold.However,it is easy to fall off during use,has poor wear resistance and short life.Therefore,further research on the preparation process and application of anti-adhesive coating on rubber mold surface is very necessary.In this paper,powder fluororesin coating was used as coating material,and liquid primer was used to study the preparation process and application of rubber mold antistick coating.Firstly,based on the study of coating adhesion mechanism,the effects of different treatment processes on the adhesion strength of the coating were studied.The influence of coating spraying process and sintering process parameters on coating properties was studied.A set of rubber molds was developed.Surface anti-stick coating preparation process,and applied research.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through reviewing a large amount of literature,the current application of rubber mold release agent at home and abroad,rubber mold surface cleaning technology,mold surface treatment technology and fluororesin coating research status are analyzed and summarized;coating and substrate adhesion mechanism The research on the wetting mechanism of the solid surface was carried out,and the anti-adhesive coating material of the rubber mold surface and the research scheme of the coating preparation process were preliminarily determined.(2)The effects of different surface treatment processes and physical mechanical surface treatment parameters on the adhesion strength of the coating were studied.Firstly,the surface of the substrate was treated by different surface treatment processes,and then the roughness test,coating preparation and adhesion strength test were carried out respectively.The influence of the surface roughness of the substrate on the adhesion strength of the coating after physical mechanical surface treatment was studied.The results show that the effect of sand blasting is better than other treatment effects,and the maximum adhesion of the coating can be obtained by using 60 mesh grit and sandblasting the substrate at a pressure of 0.4-0.5 MPa.(3)The influence of the parameters of electrostatic spraying process on the performance index of the coating was studied.The effects of electrostatic spraying process parameters on the powder loading rate,coating thickness uniformity and coating appearance quality were studied by orthogonal test and range analysis method.The optimum spraying process parameters were determined as the spraying distance of 150 mm.When the air supply pressure is 0.5 MPa and the electrostatic voltage is 80 kv,it can ensure a higher primary powder rate and better thickness uniformity,and also ensure the appearance quality of the coating.(4)The influence of the variation of coating process parameters on the coating performance index was studied.The effects of coating sintering parameters on coating gloss,surface morphology,coating adhesion strength and contact angle index were studied by orthogonal test.The optimum coating sintering process parameters were determined by comprehensive balance method: sintering The temperature was 380 ° C,the sintering time was 30 min,and it was cooled with the furnace.(5)Based on the above research,the application research on the preparation process of rubber mold surface coating was carried out.According to the above research results,the anti-adhesive coating was prepared on the surface of the rubber sealing ring and the injection mold,and it was applied in actual production.The results show that the prepared coating has good release property and anti-stickiness,can effectively prevent the mold sticking phenomenon,improve the surface quality of the product,and the service life can reach more than 400 molds,and the production efficiency is improved.5%-10%. |
