In order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of fire and explosion accidents in production,storage and transportation of dicumene peroxide(DCP),this paper analyzes the field accidents and identifies the dangerous factors in each process of production process.The main causes of the accident in the operation of the unit are clarified.Then the stability of the material,the risk of the reaction,the safety of the gas phase explosion and the process safety control system are tested and analyzed.The DCP and intermediate materials were tested by C80 microcalorimeter.The decomposition heat,initial decomposition temperature and TMR,TD24,TD10,of these intermediate materials were obtained by using AKTS and other dynamic software according to the obtained kinetic parameters.TD8 and other key parameters,as well as SADT control parameters stored by some materials in the field,such as SADT of DCP67 ?,control condition 57 ?,alarm 62 ?;The SADT of the concentrated solution is74 ?,the control condition is 64 ?,the alarm is 69 ?,the SADT of the concentrated oxidation solution is 40 ?,the control condition is 30 ?,and the alarm is 35 ?.In addition,the stability of concentrated oxidation solution and concentrated solution under the action of acid,alkali and metal ions was analyzed,and the harmfulness of diisopropylbenzene peroxide in process engineering was studied.The aboveconclusions can guide the process control condition and storage control condition of all kinds of materials in the production process,and have very important theoretical and practical significance,and provide technical support for improving the safety of dicumyl peroxide process.
