Self-reactive chemicals pose potential threat and actual hazard to public safety during the production,storage,transport and use,because of the characteristic of self-ignition.As the evaluation tool of self-reactive chemicals hazard characteristic,self-accelerating decomposition temperature instruments provide important basic data for each aspects of hazardous chemical in storage,transportation and so on.At present,the research of the test method and instruments of selfaccelerating decomposition temperature(SADT)in our country is less,so it is necessary to study related technologies and instruments.Through comparing various methods of testing self-accelerating decomposition temperature,considering the security,accuracy and automation needs of comprehensive,this paper selects the isothermal storage test method as the research object.We would primary study on temperature field,precision sense heat and small signal processing and study a measuring instrument with small samples,accurate measurement,security and automation.The specific research works are shown in the followings:Firstly,the SADT model is established based on thermal combustion theory,the design and unit module scheme of SADT measurement instrument are proposed after comprehensively analyzing advantages and disadvantages of existing SADT measuring methods.Secondly,this paper designs twin furnace structure,which better suppress common heat noise,and compound control it's temperature by using Darin algorithm and fuzzy PID.This paper uses the thermopile as the core design of thermal conductivity of heat flux sensor unit and applies improve BP algorithm to temperature compensation of heat flux sensor;This paper analyses calorimetric heat error of the system and modified it,the parasitic heat flux error is eliminated by FIR filter.Finally,comparing the data form experiment in isothermal storage instrument and other measurement instruments,the result shows that there is high accuracy,low risk and high degree of automation on the isothermal storage instruments.So there are broad prospects for the use of isothermal storage test.
