Research On The Driving Factors Of Sustainable Development Performance Of Nonferrous Metal Smelting Enterprises

In recent years,the issue of sustainable development of enterprises has always been a hot issue of concern in the theoretical and practical circles.Now,the environmental and social problems facing the country have attracted the attention of scholars to sustainable development.Although many domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a lot of research on corporate social responsibility and financial performance in recent years,there is little in-depth research on corporate sustainability performance.China's research on the sustainable development performance of enterprises is still in its infancy,and there are few studies on the impact of its driving factors.Most scholars believe that the three have related relationships,but the conclusions are not completely unified.While gaining support from all walks of life,all enterprises must also actively repay the society,implement the scientific development concept,and take the path of sustainable development.Corporate sustainability issues has always been a hot topic for Chinese scholars,and its research is of great significance for advocating an environment-friendly society and sustainable development.Based on the development characteristics of the enterprise,what are the driving factors for the sustainable development performance of the enterprise? In order to solve this problem,based on the above reasons,this paper uses the structural equation model to select 49 non-ferrous metal smelting listed companies as samples to study the driving factors of corporate sustainability performance and tried to improve the sustainable development performance of enterprises.This article begins with an introduction to the research background and significance of sustainable development.In the mean time,it conducts in-depth study and comment based on the research and discussion of sustainable development issues by domestic and foreign research scholars.The research status quot of the domestic and international research on the sustainable development performance of enterprises and the research status of the driving factors are summarized in detail,The relevant theoretical definitions considered in this paper have been verified.Therefore,this paper is based on the triple bottom line theory,the theory of sustainable development,stakeholder theory and legality theory.It believes that corporate sustainable development performance requires enterprises to strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations.Under this premise,enterprises should respond to external Changes in environmental pressure are committed to improving the internal management level of enterprises and promoting the real realization of sustainable development of enterprises.Based on the reading and collation of the literature and the research and analysis of the theory,the mechanism of the driving factors of sustainable development performance is summarized.Finally,the paper carries out empirical design and empirical research.A total of 245 data from 49 non-ferrous metal smelting listed companies in China are selected as samples.Based on the sustainable development theory,the relevant indicators of sustainable development performance indicators and their driving factors are selected.The research hypothesis is putforward,the structural equation model is constructed,the model operation and correction are carried out through AMOS22.0,then the hypothesis test is carried out and the conclusion is drawn to analyze the relevant conclusions.Finally,based on the results of the empirical test,suggestions from the government,society,and enterprises to improve the performance level of sustainable development of enterprises are proposed to help the sustainable development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
