Hoist is an important part of coal mine production,is the link between underground and well.Among them,multi-rope friction hoist plays a very important role in largescale mining.If a safety accident occurs,it will not only affect the economic benefits of the coal mine,but also the safety of production personnel can not be guaranteed.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out remote monitoring and diagnosis of multi-rope friction hoist.In this paper,the multi-rope friction lifting test-platform as the research object,focusing on the multi-rope friction lifting test-platform braking system and spindle device remote monitoring and diagnosis system.In this paper,based on the engineering background of multi-rope friction hoist,the multi-rope friction hoist test-platform is taken as the research object.The design of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system of braking system and spindle device on multi-rope friction test bench is studied emphatically,and the corresponding performance monitoring and experiment are carried out.It provides a reference value for the design of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system of multi-rope friction mine hoist.Firstly,the author puts forward the overall scheme of remote monitoring of braking system and spindle system of multi-rope friction lifting test-platform,and determines that the overall scheme is the remote monitoring of multi-rope friction lifting test-platform based on the Internet of things,and the design of field monitoring system.Determining the monitoring parameters of the multi-rope friction hoist testplatform,With the help of the data acquisition function of acquisition card and industrial control computer,the powerful data processing ability provided by Labview and Matlab,and the GPRS remote transmission ability of embedded module,the realtime remote monitoring and data transmission are realized.Therefore,the fault diagnosis of remote data analysis is more convenient and efficient.The remote monitoring and diagnosis system of braking system and spindle system is emphasized to realize real-time remote monitoring and data transmission with the help of the powerful data processing ability provided by Labview and Matlab and the embedded networking module designed.Therefore,the fault diagnosis of remote data analysis is more convenient and efficient.In this paper,the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system of multi-rope friction lifting test-platform based on the Internet of things is completed,and the real-time data transmission and remote real-time on-line monitoring are realized.It provides a reference value for the upgrading and transformation of the field monitoring and diagnosis system of the actual hoist in coal mine for the remote monitoring and diagnosis system.Then the hardware and software implementation schemes and concrete implementation steps of the perceptual layer,the network layer and the application layer are introduced respectively.Then the remote diagnosis system of braking system and spindle system of multi-rope friction lifting test-platform is designed,and the corresponding fault diagnosis GUI is developed.Finally,the remote monitoring and diagnosis system of the multi-rope friction testplatform is tested,and the signal acquisition system and the remote real-time monitoring system of the field monitoring platform are tested respectively.The fault simulation experiment is carried out to test the application of the remote fault diagnosis system.
