As an important part of factory automation production line,the operation stability and efficiency of reclaimer machine has always been one of the key factors affecting factory production efficiency.Based on the analysis and research of the production line of shearer pick,a semi-automatic hydraulic overturning reclaimer machine is designed for the shot peening processing of shearer pick.The cutter reclaimer machine is composed of feeding hopper,guide plate,dropping hopper,fixed frame and hydraulic system.It can complete the cutter material transportation of 200 kg at a time.Aiming at the specific working conditions of shearer pick shot peening treatment,starting from the technical difficulties of reclaimer machine,taking the structure of each component as the research object,this paper designs and studies it from the aspects of theoretical design,software simulation and experiment.The main research contents are as follows:Based on the research of the pick production line and the working conditions on site,the overall design scheme of the reclaimer machine is put forward,and the structural design of each part of the reclaimer machine is carried out.According to the space requirement of production,the technical parameters of feeding hopper,guide plate,dropping hopper and fixed frame of reclaimer machine are determined.The three-dimensional model of the reclaimer machine is established by using the three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E,and the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the articulated joints at the support of the two hoppers are carried out by using ADAMS software.;the key structure of the reclaimer machine is simulated by using ANSYS software,and its strength and stiffness are checked by static stress-strain simulation analysis;at the same time,modal analysis is carried out for the vibration and impact of the dropping hopper in order to carry out the modal analysis.Verify the rationality of structural design.According to the working requirements of the reclaimer machine,the hydraulic system is designed,the design scheme of the hydraulic system and the selection of components are determined,and the hydraulic system is simulated by AMESim software to verify the theoretical performance of the hydraulic system of the designed reclaimer machine.The prototype of the reclaimer machine is manufactured,and the mechanical strength,working stability and hydraulic system performance of the reclaimer machine are verified by field tests,and the related structures are optimized according to the test results.
