In recent years,there have been many studies on the hydrophobic properties of coating surfaces,but the practical problems that hinder the application of superhydrophobic coatings are mostly limited by their surface fragility,surface shape and speed of manufacture.In order to prepare a superhydrophobic flexible film which is quickly applied to various complex curved surfaces,a highly elastic and flexible 0HA thermoplastic elastomer(TPE)is used as a matrix,and a solvent mixing method is used to bond the inorganic nanoparticles into a flexible matrix to construct a rough micro-nano structure.A superhydrophobic flexible composite membrane was prepared by UV laser etching and processing to impart a better roughness to the surface and adding heptafluorodecyltriethoxysilane during the blending to provide low surface energy.In this paper,the white translucent TPE-SiO2 composite film was prepared by adding the finished nano-SiO2 particles into the TPE.The addition of SiO2 changed the properties of the composite film,and the film formation stability and surface hydrophobicity were improved.When the mass ratio of SiO2 to TPE is 17.5%,the composite film has the best comprehensive performance.The water contact angle of surface is 145°and the tensile strain is about 750%.The composite film not only has good hydrophobicity under normal conditions,but also has good hydrophobicity under tensile stretching and cyclic stretching.The composite film also has good effects in terms of low adhesion and acid resistance.Subsequently,the dahlia-like Co3O4 particles were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis,which provided a rough structure which not only changed the surface wettability,but also had a very good effect in low adhesion,underwater oil absorption and various oil-water separation.The black TPE-Co3O4 composite film prepared by separately mixing the prepared Co3O4 particles into the TPE can achieve super-viscosity and superhydrophobicity by UV laser etching,and the contact angle of water on the surface reaches about 150°.The properties of SiO2 and Co3O4 mixed into TPE composite film were synthesized.When the mass ratio of SiO2 to TPE was 17.5%,Co3O4 was added to the composite film to prepare black composite film.After UV laser etching,the surface of the composite film reached superhydrophobic property.When the mass ratio of Co3O4to SiO2 in the composite film was 3/7,the combined effect was the best.The contact angle of water on surface is 153.5°±0.5°,and the rolling angle is 5°±0.5°,and the three superhydrophobic composite film has superhydrophobic effect under different tensile strains and cyclic stretching.This composite film has good effects in terms of low adhesion,acid corrosion resistance and mechanical stability.The composite flexible superhydrophobic film prepared in the present invention has the advantages of simple process,low cost and no pollution,and provides an effective scheme for applying superhydrophobic coating to complex curved surfaces in the future. |
