| Based on the construction project of the underground communication system of Anhui Taiping Mining Co.,Ltd.,this paper designs and successfully realizes the integration and transformation of the old communication system of the original mining area.Anhui Taiping Mine is located in Huaibei City,with frequent rainfall and severe acidification of rainwater.The rock formation is complex and the continuity is poor.The deposits are mainly magnetite,pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite,and the communication environment is relatively bad.Before the system was upgraded,the underground communication of Taiping Mine completed the wired telephone communication of the middle section of-180 m,downhole-240 m and-300 m through only one model SJ-2000 digital program-controlled switch.Its communication system transmission distance,transmission quality and system throughput is far from meeting actual production needs.Based on the engineering practice of Anhui Taiping Mine,this paper comprehensively analyzes the feasibility of various mainstream underground communication schemes,and proposes a total solution that integrates the original digital program-controlled switching technology and introduces VoIP digital voice communication technology.The solution uses the newly laid single-mode fiber as the VoIP digital voice carrier,and forms the industrial Ethernet ring network through the three middle-stage mining switches.The CTS300 integrated multimedia dispatcher is set up on the ground,and the original circuit is completed by soft-switching technology.The integration of the switching system and the new IP switching system successfully upgraded the original underground communication system of Taiping Mining.The design of the scheme has undergone the theoretical qualitative analysis of the first two chapters,demonstrating that the fusion system has good anti-interference,easy to be upgraded later,and can work normally under the wet and dusty mining environment.In the third chapter,the simulation analysis of the scheme in the opnet network simulation software is given.The simulation results show that the throughput of the new system system is more than five times that of the original system;the bit error rate drops by nearly 40%;the delay increases by no more than5%,and the new system runs stably,and the equipment utilization rate is maintained at 60%.The new system has obvious advantages.After the completion of the project,Anhui Taiping Mining UndergroundCommunication System carried out a series of related tests and trial runs.Taking the engineering test report of the multimedia dispatching communication system provided by the fifth part as an example,the test results show that the voice quality of the new system is good and stable;the number of voice channels increases significantly;the interconnection and intercommunication with the old program-controlled telephone system are successfully completed;short messages,departmental bursts,Group calls and conferences,broadcasts and other multimedia services are operating normally;meeting the communication needs in the actual production process. |
