| This topic uses Calotropis Gigantea fiber as raw materials,In view of the problems encountered in the current pure spinning of the fiber.the roving of 5.6g/10m is obtained after opening and cleaning,combing,drawing,and roving process,pure spinning 50~S(11.66tex)Calotropis Gigantea yarns in the spinning process.Process optimization experiments have done.After the process design,in the spinning process,firstly of all,using the control variable method,the additional guide wheel spacing,the height and width of the pressure bar spacer block of the pressure bar spacer block are sequentially optimized in turn,One-way variance have used to analyze the significance of which for the yarn performance;secondly,better yarn performance selected of the additional guide wheel spacing,the height and width of the pressure bar spacer block range that have been variance analysis.And compare with the yarn performance under the optimal single-factor spinning process to obtain the best process;finally,compare and analyze the ring spinning and Siro spinning technology under the conditions of spinning process parameters and it combines the performance and structure of the yarn under the action of rubber tube and soft silica gel under the optimal process and optimal process.The experimental results show that:(1)the additional guide wheel spacing of the pressure bar spacer block has a significant effect on the yarn hairiness and the stem;when the guide wheel spacing is 5mm,the yarn quality is the best;(2)the height of the block has a significant influence on the hairiness,strength and strip dryness of the yarn;the width of the pressure bar spacer has a significant influence on the yarn dryness,and has no significant effect on the yarn hairiness and strength;When the height of the block is increased by 1 mm,the quality of the yarn is the best;when the width of the pressure bar spacer is increased by 2mm,the quality of the yarn is the best;(3)by the range analysis method,the analysis of variance and the single factor analysis.The comparison of the spinning conditions of the process conditions shows that the best spinning process is the spinning process under the condition of the range analysis method,that is,the width of the pressure bar spacer is increased by 2 mm,the height is not increased or decreased,and the distance between the guide wheels is 4 mm.(4)Siro spinning can significantly improve the yarn performance compared to ring spinning.Under the spinning condition of the range analysis method,the rubber tube and soft silica gel can be used to improve the yarn hairiness of the siro spinning and ring spinning.And the stem level,but the yarn strength is worse.Therefore,the 50~S Calotropis Gigantea yarn is spun and optimized,and the high-performance croissant yarn with the best performance is spun.The application in the textile field is promising and very meaningful. |
