In recent years, earthquake have been happened frequently, and the results of damage is serious.Scientific and effective rapid search and rescue(SAR)after the earthquake is an important part of the emergency response of serious accidents.SAR of Earthquake is generally a complex operation which carried out on the ruins of collapsed buildings. The breaching operation is the most exhaustive part of SAR subjects. In the breaching work, there are problems such as over-fatigue of the workers and unscientific shift system, which will result in the decrease in SAR efficiency, and the musculoskeletal diseases caused by the SAR will generate permanent damage to the body. This study mainly focuses on urban earthquake-resistant rescue operations in different environments, such as narrow spaces, horizontal directions and vertical directions, different seasons, and day and night urban rescue workers. The purpose of this thesis is to detect the level of fatigue in heavy physical work in urban SAR;to establish a mathematical model to quantify the degree of muscle fatigue and recovery in heavy physical operation;to compare the degree of fatigue and influencing factors in different breaching environments;to provide a bases for scheduling an optimal shift system.Based on ergonomics this research on muscle fatigue and recovery processes has positive implications for exploring the risks of reducing musculoskeletal disorders(MSD)and optimizing search and rescue equipment. This thesis uses literature research method, experimental method, questionnaire survey method and data analysis method. In the CATIA environment, simulating the posture, and the rapid upper limb assessment(RULA)was used to analyze the working posture of people in different working environments.According to the fatigue model and fatigue recovery model proposed by Ma,the experiments were aranged in the National Earthquake Respond Support Service, and explored the influence of different factors on the fatigue and recovery process;based on the experimental results, the optimal shift system under the ideal situation of the team was explored;the subjective feelings of the personnel were obtained through questionnaire survey. This study demonstrates for the first time the effectiveness of Ma fatigue recovery model in the urban SAR of heavy physical operations in China.According to the results of CATIA simulation, the working attitude did not reach the level of AL1 in RULA analysis.RULA analysis of personnel posture in demolition work has a high score, and personnel can easily feel fatigue. The objective data show that there are differences between the influencing factors of different parts of different postures, and the working posture is an important factor affecting fatigue and recovery. The conclusion is consistent with the conclusion of the personnel subjective BPD scale;BMI has a significant effect on the fatigue recovery of the arm,and the interaction between age and body shape is also an important factor affecting the rate of fatigue recovery of the hand and arm.A complete job shift time should be 40 minutes.
