Along with the constant development of the society and the improvement of living standards, people’s eyes not onlystay on the external beauty of cloth also be focus on the wearing comfort, these changes of the needs promote the clothing practitioners continuously improve their professional level. However, due to the complex curved surface of human body, the clothing that attached to the surface of human body is referred to the "second skin", but is not like the skin surface which has good stretching (except for the elastic fabrics).In the stationary state, the clothing could more docile to the body structure, butit could not meet the needs of the human bodyin the state of motion, so the two factors constitute a paradox. Human body in the daily activities, upper limb movements are frequent, amplitude is larger, motion between body surface skin and sleeve attached to the surface will produce friction and spatial displacement.Therefore, how to make the sleeves of the dress fit and comfortable is one of the keys to the pattern design of garment body and sleeve. Thisstudy researched the sleeve typeof the structure of the clothing structure based on the changes of upper limb in dynamic and static station.This study gets the following results:First, this topic studied the relationship between the human upper limb and sleeve structure. It is based on the analysis of woman’s upper body shape characteristic, respectively from two aspects of static and dynamic station.Secondly, this thesis determined the static measure of related parts of female upper limbs, and did the static data statistical analysis.Then through the upper limb dynamic measurement experiment, reveal the changing law caused by daily actions within the scope of upper limb skin.The upper limb movement deformation of main parts and the change trend were obtained. According to the specific circumstances of upper limb movement, put a moderate amount of loose measure, and then provide scientific basis for the setting of loose measure of sleeve form.Finally, to research the relationship between sleeves forming and wearing comfort, and the relationship between sleeves forming and upper limbs fitting. The research methodsthe combination of theoretical analysis and experimental was adopted, and used the technique of flat pattern tailoring and draping to make the sample clothing, and evaluate it in the subjective evaluation system of sleeves types function and comfort. The optimizedsleeve type pattern structure was designed through analysis and research, it was satisfied not only the beauty of upper limb but also dynamic comfortable. Accomplished "on-demand match of sleeve" to the facts and rich the theory knowledge system of dress sleeve pattern design, and providethe reference for the study of the women’s sleeve type structure, and provide the reference basis for the existing production enterprise, teaching and research work.
