Flotation is the most practical method to treat coking coal which particle size below 0.5mm,Coking coal slime has a tendency to become larger in mud content,and worse in floatability.Kerosene and light diesel oil cannot adapt to this trend because they cannot be effectively dispersed in the pulp.Developing a highly efficient collector that can adapt to this trend has become a key point in the development of the coal preparation industry.Based on the research progress of domestic and foreign,this paper selected a variety of industrial by-product hydrocarbon oils,emulsified oil and compounded chemicals based on kerosene and light diesel oil to study the FGZ coal sample and the DQ coal sample.It was determined that when 0# diesel oil and vegetable oil had a volume ratio of 7:3,the flotation effect was the best.The drug was named KDJ-3.Using KDJ-3 to treat FGZ,DQ,ML and ZCD coal sample as the collector.And using FTIR spectroscopy to analyze four coal samples before and after the action of KDJ-3,it was found that KDJ-3 has strong removal effect on quartz in the four coal samples,and has the same effect on kaolin in FGZ and ML coal samples.Using GC-MS to analyze the vegetable oil in KDJ-3.It is found that KDJ-3 contains a large amount of organic functional groups such as a benzene ring,a polycyclic ring,a double bond,a hydroxyl group,an ether group,and a carboxyl group.Under the synergistic effect of petrochemical by-product and vegetable oil,KDJ-3 can be better dispersed in the pulp and play a better harvesting and selection effect.Compared the flotation effects between KDJ-3 and the original collectors in different flotation plants.The experimental data show that under the premise that the ash content of clean coal is less than 11%,the clean coal yield of the four coal samples have increased,and the collector's dosage of the four samples have decreased.Among them,the clean coal yield of FGZ has increased by 4.19%,DQ has increased by 4.66%,ML has increased by 4.52%,and ZCD has increased by 2.33%.KDJ-3 was studied in four coal samples under the conditions of stirring speed,aeration volume and slurry concentration.The optimum flotation conditions were determined.The stirring speed was 1800r/min and the aeration amount was 160L/min.The effect of pulp concentration on clean coal yield and ash content was clarified.For the four coal preparation plants,the cost of using KDJ-3 is lower than the original collector.In addition,KDJ-3 uses recycled vegetable oil as raw material,and also has the social benefits of saving energy and protecting the environment.
