| With the rapid development of the automobile manufacturing industry,the high pollution generated in the process of automobile manufacturing is a problem we have to pay attention to.The pollution caused by automobile manufacturing is extremely harmful to the workers in the workshop.Secondly,if the volatile organic compounds produced directly are discharged into the atmosphere,it will cause great harm to the environment.This topic is based on the optimization of airflow organization to the highly polluting production workshop of automobile enterprises.Air quality control content was studied.This study first analyzes the characteristics of the automobile manufacturing assembly shop of the research object,and summarizes the tasks of the ventilation airflow organization in the assembly shop.The first is to control the pollutants emitted by the station within a certain range,and cannot spread at random,so that the pollution The second step is to ensure that the concentration of pollutants in the human respiratory zone is within the long-term exposure limit of the pollutants required by the state to ensure the air quality in the workshop.Third,based on the above two points,consider Consumption problem.The speed,temperature and pollutant concentration of the automobile assembly assembly shop were measured.The measured data was used as the boundary initial condition.The physical model of the workshop was established,the grid was encrypted,the mathematical model was established,and the simulation was performed.The comparison with the measured results verifies the feasibility of the numerical simulation method in predicting the ventilation airflow organization in the workshop.The air supply speed and the air supply and exhaust air type were selected as the factors affecting the airflow organization in the workshop,and different working conditions were set.By changing the air supply speed for numerical simulation,it is found that the larger the air supply speed is,the smaller the indoor pollutant concentration is.When the air supply speed is not less than 4.5m/s,the control and concentration requirements of the pollutants can be satisfied,and the workshop is guaranteed.Internal air quality.Considering the energy consumption factor,the minimum air supply speed of 4.5m/s to meet the pollutant control and concentration requirements was selected as the basis for studying the influence of the air supply and exhaust form on the airflow organization.Based on the energy consumption factor,the influence of the form of air supply and exhaust on the airflow structure was studied under the air supply speed of 4.5m/s.The research shows that the upper air supply form is more suitable and can meet the airflow organization form of the ventilation task in the assembly shop.And got the working condition 4(9m air supply,3.5m exhaust),working condition 7(9m air supply,2m exhaust),working condition 8(9m air supply,5m exhaust),working condition 9(9m air supply),7.5m exhaust),working conditions 10(9m air supply,9m exhaust)can meet the pollutant control andconcentration limit requirements.Comprehensively study the conclusions of the influence of the two factors of air supply speed and the form of air supply and exhaust on the airflow organization of the workshop,and select several working conditions to meet the task of ventilation airflow organization,and further analyze the working conditions 4 and working conditions.Working conditions 8,working conditions 9,working conditions 10 sewage efficiency,research shows that the average sewage efficiency of working conditions 7 is up to 79.52%,that is,when the air supply speed is 4.5m/s,from 9m air supply in 2m exhaust The working condition 7 is the best airflow organization form in the assembly shop.In summary,this study optimizes the airflow organization of the automobile assembly assembly shop,selects the optimal working condition,and proposes a method to control the air quality control of the highly polluting production workshop of the automobile enterprise based on the energy consumption angle. |
