| To explore the characteristics of coordinated development level represented by the self-organizing capacity of eco-economic system in "Limited Development Ecological Region(Key Ecological Function Region),the following abbreviations are referred to as Limited Development Ecological Region",the paper takes 8 counties(districts)of Ningxia Limited Development Ecological Region as the research unit,based on the framework of regional eco-economic system analysis and thermodynamic theory,the self-organizing development level evaluation model is constructed by integrating emergy and exergy,the spatial-temporal evaluation of the level of self-organization development in the study region was carried out.The principal component method is used to analyze the influencing factors of the level of self-organizing development,and the countermeasures to improve the level of coordinated development are put forward,which provides a decision-making reference for the construction of the Main Functional Region of Ningxia,especially for the comprehensive ecological management of Limited Development Ecological Region.The main results are as follows:(1)From 2005 to 2017,the total regional input of emergy was fluctuating and rising,with an average annual growth rate of 34.48%,which was characterized by“slow rise-rapid rise-slow decline”;The spatial changes from "north high and south low" to "north-south low、middle-high".On the structural side,the total emergy value of natural environmental resources and its contribution is stable,accounting for 0.77%;The artificial auxiliary emergy is increasing,accounting for 99.23%.Among them,the renewable organic emergy showed a downward trend;The non-renewable artificial auxiliary emergy showed an increasing trend,accounting for 98.13%.It shows that the economic and social driving characteristics of regional development are obvious,and the proportion of investment in green development is decreasing,however,the unsustainable characteristics of resource and emergy input are significant(2)From 2005 to 2017,the total regional exergy value of state was fluctuating and rising,with an average annual growth rate of 1.27%,which was characterized by a "slow rise-slow decline-rapid rise-rapid decline-rapid rise”;The spatial distribution features of“north-south low、middle high”On the structural side,the total exergy value of natural ecological was significantly higher than that of socio-economic exergy,accounting for 99.96%;The total exergy value of the socio-economic state was 3.94E+17J,accounting for 0.04%,and the accumulative exergy value of the natural ecosystem showed a dominant position.In the socio-economic system,the exergy value of the production and assets system is rising,while the exergy value of the consumption system is a downward trend,and the contribution rate to the total exergy is less than 1%.It is shown that the stability of socio-economic subsystem is mainly due to the continuous production,the investment of assets,and the decrease of consumption due to the living standard of urban and rural areas.(3)From 2005 to 2017,the level of self-organization of regional eco-economic systems continued to decline,with an annual decline of 28.84%,the main change process of orderliness was"highly ordered-moderate ordered-low ordered-barely ordered-on the verge of disordered-low disordered",that is from the high level stage-the higher level stage-the medium level stage-the lower level stage change;the spatial changes from "north higher than south to south higher than north " and from " middle arid wind sand region is higher than south loess hilly region " to " south loess hilly region higher than middle arid wind sand region ".(4)By principal component analysis,the comprehensive score of regional input of emergy is higher than that exergy value level of state,which indicates that a large amount of input of emergy is the main cause of the decline of self-organization development level.In the "input of emergy level",the input of non-renewable artificial auxiliary emergy is the main contributing factor to the decrease of self-organization level;The low exergy level of production and consumption is another important factor in the decline of self-organizing level in the "exergy value level of state".Finally,measures such as improving the productive capacity and efficient utilization of resources,optimizing the industrial consumption structure,developing eco-economic,trengthening the protection of natural environment and promoting ecological construction are put forward in order to improve the level of regional coordination. |
