Comparision Of Bronze Casting Technology In China And Nepal

This thesis explores the relationship between bronze casting in Nepal and China.The ultimate objective is to communicate the essential aspects of the bronze casting condition in order to improve understanding and appreciation of our common attributes.In this way,this study intended to establish the artistic identity of the history,process,and methodology of bronze casting in Nepal and China,essential aspects of specific bronze casting and the corresponding artistic expression will be identified.Human has been casting bronze for almost 6000 years.Foundry work and metallurgy are complex topics,so we won't be delving into representing details of historical background,however,this thesis is an effective introduction to the subject.We here investigate COMPARISION OF BRONZE CASTING TECHNOLOGY IN CHINA AND NEPAL on the base of lost wax techniques in the both country.Because lost wax technique is developed method in the metallurgy history mostly.For our initial research,we studied the work of various inspiring artists in their portrayal of Bronze casting.We attempted to identify the process and techniques they used for melting,hammering,beating,patina clearly through their art.Then,also classified the work according to subjects,effects and types.We examined the materials and techniques used in order to find the balance between materials,artistic styles,and forms together with ideas for originality.Finally,we considered possibilities for composition making optimal use of space and material to construct the functional and aesthetic parts.In other to make creative expression,this study will benefit not only bronze casting works but also regaining the identity of artist consciousness by the resourceful arts and culture.Based on the initial conception,expression of artistic motion,we will be exposed to the concept and composition of artists through philosophical and conceptual observations.Our common bronze casting identity can be revealed and commnicated through the process to realize this vision.
