The Rural Idle Residential Land Recycling Under The Ecological Concept

Land is the space carrier and basic guarantee of ecological construction and economic development.Since the new stage,with the continuous transformation of economic and social development,rural areas have generally appeared such phenomena as increasingly empty land for rural construction,serious water-soil environment pollution,and deep poverty,causing increasingly ?rural diseases?.The rural resident population is decreasing and the ?hollow village? is increasing.Therefore,this paper takes the Zhangzi County of Changzhi in Shanxi Province as the research area,based on high-resolution remote sensing images,GIS and field research,and establishes a database of natural and socio-economic factors with the administrative village as the unit,using Geodetector model,combining with spatial autocorrelation and multivariate linear regression analysis and other methods.This study reveals the distribution and formation mechanism of the rural idle residential land.By constructing recycling framework which introduces ecological concept,this paper puts forward a favorable evaluation system to determine the reuse direction of the rural idle residential land,and provides reference according to the evaluation result.So as to provide scientific basis for make rational use of rural idle land assets,increase farmers property income,and implemente the rural revitalization strategy.(1)There are obvious regional differences and strong spatial agglomeration in the distribution of rural idle residential land.The rural idle residential land rate in the study area shows an increased trend from the eastern plain area to the western mountainous area.The eastern plain area has low elevation and slight slope,which is closed to the county,moreover,the rural foundation and public facilities are complete,the rural idle residential land rate is low.To the contrary,the western mountainous area has high topography,steep slope,distance from the county,less village distribution and higher rural idle residential land rate.At the same time,the distribution of rural idle residential land has strong spatial agglomeration,and the high value or low value of idle rate is clustered in local area.(2)The rural idle residential land has obvious slope directivity and location directivity.It reflects the rural social and economic development of the decline in the attractiveness of the population to a large extent,while the level of rural social and economic development in the study area is mainly affected by slope factors,distance from the trunk road and the county,and other factors.The slope factor is an important condition that affects the structure and mode of agricultural production;the distance from the trunk road is a significantly index to reflect the convenient transportation;the distance to the county shows the attraction to the distribution of the population.Consequently,the rural idle residential land has obvious slope directivity and location directivity.(3)The idle type of rural residential land is divided into single factor,double factor and multi-factor dominant area according to the influence degree of the impact factors.The township idle residential land in plain area is mostly dominated by single factor;the township idle residential land in hilly is mostly dominated by two factors;the idleness of township rural residential land in the western mountainous area is mostly dominated by many factors.(4)This study proposes the framework of rural idle residential land recycling under the ecological concept.This framework takes the protection of rural ecological environment,rural revitalization as the core goal,selects 13 evaluation factors from the impact of land factors,location conditions,economic factors on rural idle residential land reuse,establishes an evaluation system to determine the reuse direction.(5)According to the evaluation system of rural idle residential land recycling under the ecological concept,based on the TOPSIS model,the utilization direction of rural idle residential land is suitable for cultivation,construction or forest.There are a total of 141 administrative villages that are suitable for cultivation,with an idle area of 116.89 hm2,they concentrated in the eastern plain area of the research area;the rural idle residential land that suitable for construction has 47 administrative villages,with an idle area of 88.69 hm2,scattered in the eastern plain area of the research area;Beyond that,they account for 189 administrative villages which are suitable for forest,with an idle area of 189.60 hm2,concentrated in the eastern mountainous area of the study area.To sum up,the evaluation system of rural idle residential land recycling under the ecological concept,provides a reference for the idle residential land recycling direction.
