Equipment management and maintenance of the enterprise have a vital role in the production and business operation activities,the tally at the core of modern equipment management is the foundation of the realization of equipment state maintenance,preventive maintenance,equipment management and maintenance activities are started in the tally.With social progress and development,equipment management level rising steadily,to "status maintenance,adaptability,maintenance,cost effective maintenance" as the trend,with "the tally system,detecting state,information management system" represented by the advanced equipment management system and management technology,the electric power,metallurgy,mining and other industries to popularization and application,has obtained the remarkable effect.However,as an important part of China's national economy,small and medium-sized enterprises,due to their small size and lack of attention from leaders,have lagged behind in equipment management and severely restricted the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.In order to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment and realize the standardization of equipment management,the implementation of point verification system is the only way for small and medium-sized enterprises to seek stable development.Based on the production of sea cover equipment operation management problem as the research object,in injection molding workshop,for the pilot,by organizing the field data,using the distribution,PM analysis methods such as fully research and analysis the problems of the operation and management.In the injection workshop equipment management based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of full,combining site inspection system and industrial engineering knowledge and methods,design suitable for production of sea cover,to point inspection system as the main body of the equipment management improvement plan.Through the design of the technical standard,maintenance operation standard,fault treatment process,access database and so on,the standardized operation of equipment management is realized.Finally,through the comprehensive efficiency of equipment,hidden trouble sales rate,maintenance cost calculation and comparison of the pros and cons.This paper focuses on the development of maintenance standards,and designs the point inspection standard by means of fixed location,fixed project,personnel,fixed period and other 8 fixed methods.In combination with the knowledge of industrial engineering,the standards of maintenance operation are designed according to standard time.On the basis of fully researching the equipment operation instruction and the general technical standard of machinery,the oil and grease standards are formulated.Based on the standard,the point inspection plan was prepared,the process of spot check was designed and the process of fault treatment was designed,and the standardization of equipment management was realized.
