Safety Risk Management Of Mining In No.3 Mining Area Of Wang Lou Coal Mine

The risk management of coal mine can create a safe production environment,reduce the risk of coal mine safety and improve the efficiency of project management.The safety risk management of coal mine is focused by the coal mine enterprises.This paper combines the theory of safety risk and the actual project of three mining area in Wang Lou coal mine,and explores the related means of coal mine risk management,it hopes to provide help for the development of coal mine safety in China.By introducing the related theory of coal mine safety risk,the characteristics of coal mine safety production and the process of coal mine risk management,the four aspects of the risk management of coal mine safety is analyzed.It included risk analysis,risk identification,risk assessment and risk control Taking the three mining area of Wang Lou coal mine as the main research object,combining the characteristics of the three mining area of Wang Lou coal mine,the layout of the mining area and the coal mining system,according to the risk matrix evaluation analysis method,the identification and evaluation of the safety risk of gas,water,fire,coal dust,roof,roof,rockburst,lifting transportation system and high temperature heat damage are carried out in the identification range.The quantitative evaluation of the safety risk of coal mine is present.In addition,the qualitative safety risk assessment of three mining area in Wang Lou coal mine is carried out,first grade indexes and two grade indexes affecting the coal mine safety risk are selected.The index weight is determined by entropy method and the analytic hierarchy process,the combination weight is calculated.According to the maximum fuzzy membership degree,the safety risk grade of the three mining area of Wang Lou coal mine is judged.After that,targeted risk management measures are put forward to make the risk management of the three mining area more reasonable and ensure the safe production of Wang Lou coal mine.
