Farmers Become Workers

Since 1949,urban construction and industrial development have gradually become the focus of the work of the Communist Party of China.Socialist industrialization has become the ideal for which the people of the whole country strive.The Central People's Government has begun large-scale industrial production and construction throughout the country.Along with the development and change of industrial construction,the factory in the collectivization era regards peasants as the main source of factory workers.In order to meet the needs of factory production and construction,many factories recruit peasants to enter factories for production and construction in rural areas,which has become a typical phenomenon in the collectivization period.Therefore,the status of workers is very important.The construction of identity must be an important task in the era of collectivization for a factory.In the period of socialist construction,peasants enter factories to become workers and complete the transformation from the peasant class to the working class,which is what the dream of most peasants.Farmers who enter factories through a variety of ways of recruitment have opened up another stage of human life.In factories,they gradually adapt to the production and life of factories by adapting to the management of factory systems,enjoying the material security provided by factories,thus making more efforts to seriously construct production for the country and factories.Factory system management and material security become the basic conditions for the construction of workers' identity,and workers' strong identification with workers' identity after adapting to factory life accelerates the construction of workers' identity.Once the identity of workers has been constructed successfully,it has a strong stability,which has a good role in promoting the development of factory production and workers' production work.This paper briefly describes the development process of Yangquan Iron Works,and through the analysis and exploration of workers' general situation in Yangquan Iron Works,describes the overall situation of workers inYangquan Iron Works and the distribution of workers in the factory departments.From the way workers enter the factory,the paper discusses the composition of workers in Yangquan Iron Works,and analyses Yangquan Iron Works with age,sex,origin,educational level and family background as the research contents.The origin of workers in Yangquan Iron Works;taking the system management and material security of Yangquan Iron Works as an example,this paper demonstrates the process of workers' identity construction,and emphasizes the different situations of workers' identity construction with the example of workers' model building and disciplinary punishment in Yangquan Iron Works;through a review of the life history of ordinary workers,this paper explores the self-identity in workers' identity construction,and indirectly discusses the collective.The delicate relationship between workers and peasants in the age of modernization restores the workers' enthusiasm for production and labor after the success of the construction of workers' identity through the production of the "Da Yue Jin" of iron and steel,and demonstrates again the stability of the construction of workers' identity after the success of the construction.Studying the construction of workers' identity in the era of collectivization is of great academic significance to the exploration of workers' social life,the relationship between urban and rural areas,and the construction of factories and workers' lives in the new era.It is also of certain reference value to the study of Rural Revitalization in the new era.
