Cement industry is a high energy consumption and high pollution industry.In 2018,the energy consumption of cement production accounted for 7% of the total energy consumption in China.The energy consumption is huge.The information and automation of cement production site affect the energy conservation and emission reduction.In addition,in recent years,the state has intensified the implementation of energy conservation,emission reduction and green development.It is necessary to establish a complete energy monitoring and intelligent optimization control platform in cement enterprises.Cement intelligent control cloud platform is an intelligent optimization control platform which integrates data acquisition,data management,production monitoring,data analysis and intelligent control.It is an important choice for energy saving,environmental protection and green transformation of cement industry.Cement Intelligent Control Cloud Platform includes data acquisition system,data fusion system,data management system and client system.Due to the heavy workload,this topic only makes in-depth research and application design for the key technologies used in the development of client system.The research contents of this subject are as follows:Firstly,the platform and its components are introduced in detail.Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the client system,the overall functional structure and development architecture of the client system are proposed.Secondly,on the basis of basic technology,six key technologies are deeply studied,including ADO.NET-based database interface technology,JSON-based front-end and back-end data interaction technology,client-side universal design technology,real-time monitoring technology of production data,production data analysis technology and user rights management technology.They are:(1)database interface technology based on ADO.NET to complete the design and development of database access class library;(2)front-end and back-end data interaction technology based on JSON format to complete the design and development of JSON format conversion class library;(3)client-side generalization technology to complete the design of page elements and basic data configuration generalization;(4)real-time monitoring technology of production data to complete the number of Web Services based.According to the design and development of transmission software and data reading framework;(5)production data analysis technology,complete the encapsulation design of chart analysis control,realize the visualization of KPI standard analysis module and alarm analysis module;(6)user rights management technology,complete the role-based access control rights management module,give different roles to users,and realize that users have their own page checking select and operate permissions.Finally,based on the.NET framework,the client is developed by Visual Studio 2012 development tool,C# back-end development language and jQuery EasyUI front-end collection plug-in.The platform has been applied to a building materials group,and achieved the desired results,and the user's response is good.
