Abstract/Summary:
In the trend of modern agricultural development, agricultural scale management is regarded as the inevitable result and trend of modern agricultural development. The traditional household contract management model is small in scale, which is not conducive to agricultural development. At the same time, scale management is not the bigger the better. In order to pursue benefits,large-scale agricultural operators in Europe and the United States have invested in chemical fertilizers, pesticides, biotechnology and single crop cultivation, which has caused serious problems such as environmental pollution, ecological degradation and so on,which seriously affect human survival and development. At present,it has become a social consensus to choose appropriate scale operation. However, there is no uniform standard on how to calculate appropriate scale operation. At present, our society generally believes that family farms, large agricultural households, farmers’ cooperatives, agricultural enterprises and other organizational models belong to agricultural scale operation.Choosing which type of agricultural organization form can maximize the economic, environmental and social benefits, which is a subject worthy of in-depth study. The environmental impact of agricultural scale management has gradually become a research hot spot in the world.Through the establishment of the index system,it has played a positive role in how to select the appropriate scale management subjects from the theoretical to the practical level.Zhejiang Province is a big economic province and a pioneer pilot province of agricultural reform. The government has always attached great importance to agricultural development. In order to realize the benign development of agriculture and environment,it is imperative to establish a corresponding and accurate evaluation system,so as to properly reflect the environmental impact of different forms of agricultural scale operators, and to provide for the development of agriculture in Zhejiang Province.Reasonable quantity standard. On the basis of previous studies, this paper constructs an ideal evaluation index system of agricultural environment, including 12 environmental-related indicators.According to the theory of agricultural development, according to the representative principles of topographic distribution, income distribution and agricultural industry distribution in Zhejiang Province, combined with the availability of data, the planting industry in Jiashan County and Jiangshan City were selected as typical research samples.Secondly, the coefficient of variation method is used to empower the indicators. Finally, the weighted synthesis method is used to quantify the environmental impact, and the final comparison is made, the results show that agricultural enterprises have a higher degree of negative impact on the environment than large agricultural households, family farms and cooperatives.Combining with the results of these quantitative analysis, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of environmental resources, population, economic and social development.
